YES, YOU MATTER ...YOUR PURPOSE AWAITS YOU! is my flagship high school keynote, designed to do more than "hype up" an assembly. It gives students a concrete path from feeling invisible or uncertain to seeing themselves as powerful authors of their own story.

Drawing on decades of leading and auditing K-12 systems, I show students-plainly and honestly-how decisions in the boardroom shape their daily lives, and why *their* voice and choices matter in return. I share real stories from my journey, including setbacks and course corrections, so teenagers see that purpose rarely appears in a straight line. It unfolds one brave decision at a time.
